Everything. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. The location is straight down the road from Bab as-Salaam, which is right ar the front of the masjid (5 minute walk). The breakfast is one of the best in Madinah. The rooms are spacious. It was my second time staying there and I've decided that, next time, I will look for availability at this hotel first.
Good service, 3 min walking distance to masjid nabawi, room was nice and clean, but if it contains a microwave or electric gas would be perfect to warm food, organized staff, the bathroom was good, and the bed mattress was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel.
We asked to join to twin bed so I could sleep with my baby..I asked for crib they did not respond..I guess language is little barrier..we were able to speak Bengali and Urdu so we had no issue.
