Comfortable, neat and tidy, staff are courteously responsive all the time. The bed rooms, kitchen, living to lavatories was organized and ideal that my company love to be a repeater. Located in the heart of Makati Central Business District, Fairmont Makati features an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and business center. The hotel was very beautiful and had everything! Beautiful rooms and a wonderful pool on the terrace. The staff was friendly and welcoming at every corner. We also got massages at their spa and they were so relaxing and luxurious. You really do get the best treatment at this facility. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and if you want something more affordable there is a great cafe right next to the hotel. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the Greenbelt where there is a lot of shopping all around with a movie theatre and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Manila is a traffic nightmare. There are way too many people who live and work there. The malls are overcrowded. You have trouble finding parking. Every street corner is full of begging kids. The worst of all is the traffic and bad drivers.
It is crowded for sure, but worth every moment. People are very friendly. There are some bad elements but tell me one place that does not that. It is easy to get around if you use GRAB taxi service. I did not use local taxi service, they over charge and take long routes to your desired location. Food is great everywhere, loved fresh fruit it was awesome. Did I say very friendly polite people. I could not get enough!
April is not a good time to travel to Manila. And of course the perpetual traffic and pollution problems have not been improved at all(I don’t think it will ever be. Barring all that, it is a great vacation choice for the price and food and shopping.
From the culture, history, food and the people, I am speechless. Though there were two occasions that I was taken advantage of from a Grab driver and Taxi driver, however, I was still able to get where I wanted to go to. I would visit again and stay longer. Thank you! The Philippines is definitely one country that I can say I will return to.
Manila is like a best place to stay as a hub to plan a trip somewhere around the Phil.or travelling in another country .A good place to eat,like Dampa and dining in fine hotels .New hotels,casinos and mushrooming high rise residential buildings were like new icings to an old cake recipes.You keep coming back to Manila....as the song goes.
The location is strategic. I came to Manila for a concert at MOA Arena and it was just 3 mins of walk from the venue. Close to the airport. Many convenient store right under the building. SM Mall of Asia is about 7 mins of walk away. My room is clean, HUGE and have everything I need. I had a very good night sleep and comfortable stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a place close to the Arena and Mall of Asia
Very quiet in amidst of busy Manila streets. Very clean and all staff are very courteous, kind, understanding, caring and professional! Excellent customer service!! Hotel is beautiful and is 4 star hotel. Amenities are excellent except for some WiFi problems at one point. To sum it up this is a great find and it’s worth the value. Oh the Buffet breakfast was amazing, different kind of food from breakfast to dinner type.
I was in a few hotels in Phillipins and Manila as well but only this one made me absolutely satisfied - I am not person who is easily happy but Hop Inn made me. Room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, smoking area, laundry service near to hotel and the best is location - everything is close (airport, shops, restaurants etc.). It's a big room for three adults. I am not a resident of Manila but needed our hotel to be near shops, restaurants, my son's school and my doctor (Makati Medical) since I was doing errands and appointments during our stay. As a person with disability and a local tourist, for the price of stay, it answered all my location and comfort concerns.

Beautiful and scenic view of Manila Bay from my room. 10 minute leisurely walk to Robinsons Mall in Malate. Excellent value for money.
Exceptional spa facilities, old hotel but well maintained. It’s the only hotel I stay in besides the Shangri-la whenever I am in Manila. Sound proof rooms, blackout curtains and staff are courteous + professional. They met us a the airport with our luggage since we were going to miss our connecting flight to Mindanao.
Great value for money, free collection from the airport (they even noticed we gave them the wrong terminal) lovely breakfast, great room clean and comfortable beds. For a traveler this is fantastic! This is a gem of a small boutique hotel. It is not in the tourist area and a bit difficult for even the taxi drivers to find. The WiFi is excellent (for Manila). The bed is comfortable. The washrooms are ones you’d be happy to have at home. The staff is friendly.
The staffs were super friendly and helpful, I enjoyed a lot there. Also the location was not that much far from the airport and good for a nightlife as well. Undoubtedly I will book in I’M hotel again when i come back to Manila.
